𝗗𝗮𝘁𝗮 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝘁𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗢𝗽𝗲𝗻 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵 𝗗𝗮𝘁𝗮

As part of the swissuniversities Action Plan for Open Research Data, Action Line D2.3 aimed to promote, support, and fund the role of Research Data Protection Officers (RDPOs) at higher education institutions.
Implemented as a national mandate led by Switch, the project brought together data protection officers from across the Swiss higher education landscape, supported by experts in the field.

𝗪𝗲𝗯𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗿 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁
This webinar will present the project’s results and the tools developed, including:

· A detailed project report (available in French and German)
· A FAQ document addressing common legal questions regarding personal data in research
· A comparative overview of federal and cantonal research privilege provisions
